Returns Policy

Upon receipt of your goods, please carefully inspect them for any damage and clearly mark any identified damage on the couriers delivery sheet. 

You will then need to contact us within 14 days of receiving any item to let us know about any damages / defects found. If we are contacted after this time period, we cannot be held liable as the 14 day cooling off period will have expired. You will also need to send us photographic evidence of the item before we can proceed with any replacement. 

Please note we will not accept any claims for damage if goods have not been checked on delivery and if this damage has not been clearly stated on the courier's delivery sheet.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept return of any mattresses which have been taken out of their original packaging and used.
