When purchasing any of our products you need guarantee and peace of mind to protect you and your purchase. It is within our duty as a reliable British manufacturer to be on our customer’s side, every step of the way in selecting and ordering a new bed, headboard or mattress.

Our guarantee

Our guarantee ensures you have the best experience possible when shopping with Next Divan. We understand that we cannot always get it right when manufacturing and making our beloved bed frames and headboards.

Whilst we offer a 30 day monetary guarantee, we understand that occasionally issues can arise after the 30 day period. For all of our products we offer a 1 year manufacturer warranty. 

As long as your issue regarding your order is related to a manufacturing defect on our part, you are fully entitled to a new item, a repair on your original purchased item or your money back. Providing your case is raised within the 12 month period from initial purchase we will be able to assist you. 

We must highlight however that our Manufacturers’ Warranty does not cover accidental damage or anything else of similar nature.
