To our loyal customers,

We will continue to operate our business in accordance with government guidelines. We are accepting, dispatching and delivering all orders as normal.

Deliveries

Due to the high volume of deliveries across the country and companies, we ask that you please be patient and understand that all couriers, including ours, are working at capacity, so there could be a delay in your bed being delivered.

The following measures have been put into place:

  • Signatures will not be required, we will take a photo of the parcel at your address.
  • Self-isolating customers will receive a doorstep delivery, you will be contacted before the delivery takes place
  • Doorstep delivery will be available for all deliveries until such a time as the Government lifts this precaution.
  • Deferral of delivery, will be also offered, so delivery will be at a later date.

All team members are abiding by strict hygiene standards.
